A Wichita teen has been charged with second-degree murder following a downtown shooting.
Tyshon Jacques, 18, was charged Thursday with second-degree intentional murder in the death of JaQualen Dupree, 18, in downtown Wichita Monday.
Police say Jacques was a passenger in car driven by Dupree when the shooting took place near 3rd and Broadway.
Bond was set at $500,000. His next court date was scheduled for October 24.
