Two people have been hospitalized following a shooting in north Wichita. It happened around 12:30 p.m. Thursday in the area of 22nd and Piatt, near 21st and Grove.
Officers arrived and found a man in his 40's inside a home. He was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
Investigators say another man arrived at a different hospital in serious condition from a gunshot wound that they believe to be connected.
The shooting remains under investigation.
