The Wichita Police Department is investigating the shooting of a man, 25, and another man, 22, in south Wichita.
Wednesday night at 10:31 pm, Officers were sent to a shooting call in the 300 bloc kof E. Harry. Officers located two shooting victims. Both men were transported to local area hospitals with critical, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the 23-year-old entered a local store attempting to rob the 25-year-old, which resulted in an exchange of gunfire.
This case is still under active investigation.
