Tuesday afternoon, Judge Kaufman followed the Kansas Sentencing Guidelines and sentenced Henry to 32 months for running the woman’s car off the road. In the second case, Henry was sentenced to 136 months on charges of criminal discharge of a firearm, aggravated assault, criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and criminal damage to property.
