
Wichita Police are investigating after a 19-year-old man was shot in south Wichita.
Around 2:40 Saturday afternoon, officers responded to The Bullet Stop Store, in the 2600 block of W. Pawnee. They found a man inside a vehicle in the parking lot with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital where he remains in critical but stable condition.
Police say at the time of the shooting, an 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy were inside the vehicle with the victim. The 16-year-old was arrested for aggravated battery and juvenile in possession of a firearm.
According to Police, the three individuals know each other.
