The Wichita Police Department is asking for the public's help locating 70-year-old James "Jeb" Beck. Beck was last seen in the area of the 9000 block of East Lincoln at approximately noon Tuesday on foot.
James is described as a white male 6'1" tall, 190lbs, with gray hair. James was wearing shorts, a T-shirt, brown loafers, a black gym bag, and carrying a black cane. Additionally, James suffered a stroke recently and has physical limitations that prevent him from walking far and it may affect his mental capacity.
