Wow! Competition for ice-cream customers in Florida is getting nasty. A woman was arrested Monday and charged with two felony charges for allegedly spitting, peeing and picking her nose into $2,000 worth of ice-cream at a neighboring shop.
Jung Soon Wypcha, 66, was captured on surveillance video tampering with ice-cream made by Lu Lu's Ice Cream shop next door to her Indian Shores Food Mart, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
The damage caused Lu Lu's to close and the ice cream to be destroyed, according to the owner of Lu Lu's Paul Chiulli.
According to the arrest record, Wypcha put her hands into the organic ice cream containers, then a day later put boogers into the containers, and lastly, she took a bucket used to churn ice cream into the bathroom and urinated into it.
"She then dumped the bucket in a sink where ice cream utensils and bowls are washed and later put her hands in the freezer again," according to the affidavit.
She was released Monday on a $5,000 bail or the criminal mischief charge and $50,000 for the tampering charge.
