(KNX 1070) -- An Amber alert is in effect. Bakersfield police say 31-year-old Michael Aguirre abducted his 8-year daughter and 4-years old son yesterday.
They were last seen in Marina Del Rey at about 5-45 last evening.
The CHP says that Aguirre should be considered armed and dangerous.
He's described as Hispanic, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
Miliana Aguirre is 3 feet 8 inches tall, 48 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. Daniel Aguirre is 3 feet tall, 42 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
Anyone seeing them is urged to call 911.
