A man sued the Los Angeles Dodgers Tuesday, alleging he was attacked by security guards in a Dodger Stadium restroom during a game last spring.

A Dodger official declined comment on the suit filed by Daniel Antunez in Los Angeles Superior Court. He's seeking unspecified damages.

According to his court papers, Antunez went with friends to see the Dodgers play the Miami Marlins on April 24, 2018, to celebrate his birthday.

Members of the security team became involved after a woman with Antunez accidentally spilled beer on another fan, according to the plaintiff. While talking with the security staff, Antunez excused himself to use the restroom and it was there that he was attacked by some of the guards for no reason, according to his lawsuit.

Antunez says he suffered a badly sprained ankle and had to leave the game in a wheelchair.
