Rehab Center Hoping Public Can Help Identify Patient

(KNX 1070) -- Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center is asking for the public's help identifying a woman who was found living on the street in January. 

The woman (Latina) was found unresponsive in a tent by a local street cleaning crew near 100 W. Cesar Estrada Chavez Ave. in Los Angeles (90012).

She was transported to LAC+USC Medical Center where she was treated for her injuries and then transferred to Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center (RLA) for rehabilitation. RLA is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying this patient as she had no identification on her when she arrived at the hospital.

She is currently alert, but unable to communicate any information that could identify her.

The woman is described as Latina, approximately 53-years-old, with brown eyes, brown shoulder-length hair. She is 5 feet tall and weighs 112 pounds. She has a tattoo of a scorpion on the inner portion of her right wrist and is missing jer front top and bottom teeth.
