(KNX 1070) -- The family of a man beaten in a parking lot fight at Dodger Stadium early Saturday morning has retained acclaimed civil rights and personal injury attorney Carl Douglas of  Douglas / Hicks Law, APC.

Rafael Reyna, 45, allegedly got into a verbal dispute with another man that turned physical sometime after midnight Saturday following the Dodgers game against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Reyna was punched once by another man and fell to the ground. Christel Reyna said her husband sustained a skull fracture and was left on life support.

Reyna said she was on the phone with her husband as he was leaving the stadium and heard a woman and a man arguing with him. She said she heard a crack and then her husband started moaning.

The Dodgers released a statement saying the team was cooperating with police.

Some Dodger fans are calling for increased stadium parking lot security.

The family has set up a Go Fund Me page to help raise money to cover Mr. Reyna's medical expenses.
