CULVER CITY, Calif. (KNX) — One person was pistol whipped and a $30,000 Rolex was taken at gunpoint early Friday morning in a follow-home robbery in Culver City.
Culver City police officers were called at 12:23 a.m. to the 3600 block of Wesley Avenue, where four people said they were robbed.

The victims told officers they left a nearby business and made it home when a dark SUV pulled up behind them.
The victims said they were confronted by a group of suspects who exited the SUV and pointed handguns with laser pointers at them, demanding their possessions.
One of the victims was pistol whipped during the robbery, police said. The suspects took a Rolex watch with an estimated value of $30,000, a phone, and keys, according to police.
Officers found an abandoned magazine containing multiple .40 caliber rounds that was believed to have fallen from one of the suspect’s firearms after they pistol whipped the victim, police said.
The suspects were described to police as Black males wearing dark clothing and face masks.
Anyone with any information about the robbery is asked to contact Culver City Police Sgt. Eddie Baskaron at (310) 253-6316 or the watch commander at (310) 253-6202.
