Another vehicle has had its window shattered while traveling along an L.A.-area freeway.
The latest incident happened along the 5, near Irvine.
California Highway Patrol says the driver waited about an hour to report it, and it’s possible that a rock may have been the cause.
Wednesday, a suspect was arrested in the string of cases involving a person shooting out windows with a BB or pellet gun.
Jesse Rodriguez, 34, of Anaheim was taken into custody for his suspected involvement. Rodriguez’s neighbor told CBS 2 that he’d targeted her family as well.
There have been more than 100 reports of windows being shot-out. No one has been seriously hurt in any incident.
Rodriguez was booked at a detention center in Riverside, on charges of assault with a deadly weapon. He's being held on $750,000 bail and is scheduled to be in court on Friday.
