The Los Angeles Dodgers earned an essential victory against the Atlanta Braves in Thursday night's Game Five of the MLB National League Championship Series.
With a final score of 11 to 2, and the Braves leading in series wins 3 to 2, both teams will proceed to Game Six on Saturday afternoon.
Spirits at Dodgers Stadium were high as the team racked up the lion's share of its runs in mid-to-late innings—staging a comeback against a strong start by the Braves with a two-run homer by first baseman Freddie Freeman.
