Oscar Larios was arrested Monday and booked on suspicion of multiple counts of lewd and lascivious acts against children, child molestation and annoying, according to the West Covina Police Department.

Police allege that in February, Larios lured a teen girl waiting at a bus stop into his vehicle by promising a ride to her school but instead took the victim to a nearby parking lot, where he sexually assaulted her.

Earlier this month, he was allegedly seen attempting to lure two teenage girls near elementary and middle schools in West Covina.

Larios was being held in lieu of $290,000 bail, police said.

The case was investigated by the West Covina Police Department Detective Bureau.
