LOS ANGELES (CNS) - Authorities Friday sought the public's help to find an 84-year-old man with dementia who went missing in September.
George Payan was last seen on Sept. 29 about 4 p.m. in the 4900 block of Sixth Street, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department reported.

Payan is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 160 pounds, with brown eyes and gray/black hair. He was wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
"Mr. Payan suffers from dementia," the LASD said in a statement. "His family is concerned for his well-being and asking for the public's help."
