L.A. County hospital seeks public's help in locating patient’s family

LOS ANGELES (KNX) — LAC+USC Medical Center, a public hospital run by the L.A. County Department of Health Services, has asked for the public’s help in locating the family of an adult male patient who has been hospitalized since January.

The patient was brought to LAC+USC on Jan. 5 after being picked up outside Wesley Health Center at 506 South San Pedro Street in Skid Row, according to a hospital press release.

The patient is named James Black, and was born on Oct. 8, 1952.

He was described as a Black male, standing at five feet, ten inches tall, and weighing 122 pounds. He has a thin build and no visible tattoos, with gray hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Black or his family has been asked to call Cesar Robles, Senior Clinical Social Worker with LAC+USC at (323) 409-6884.
