Public asked to help ID truck spotted at several of five robberies

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (KNX) — The driver of a white truck spotted at three of five robberies around the Santa Clarita Valley and Agua Dulce could have answers about the crimes, detectives on the case said Wednesday, releasing several images for the public to help identify.

In the last 10 days Deputies with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station have responded to five robberies at convenience stores across both areas. In several of them, the same white truck was seen by witnesses in the area and later spotted in surveillance footage.

"Detectives are seeking the public's assistance with locating the truck," officials said in a statement, adding that at this point they're unsure if the driver of the truck is a suspect in the robberies or a witness.
