A teenage boy climbed out of the log vehicle on Tiana's Bayou Adventure at Disneyland and reportedly slid down the waterfall on Sunday.
In a statement to KNX News, Disneyland officials say that the 13-year-old was on the ride and got out of the log vehicle before it ended.
Reddit users shared on their accounts that the boy slid down the 50-foot drop of the ride, which then stopped for 10 minutes.
The ride itself does not have bars to hold people in, and it is unclear why the teen got out of the ride.
According to Disney, the boy was evaluated by a hospital and released. The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health investigated the situation on Monday.
Tiana's Bayou Adventure is open and operating today after approval from Cal/OSHA.
