LOS ANGELES (KNX) — A 69-year-old Sacramento-area woman has filed a lawsuit against NBCUniversal Media LLC alleging she was injured when a pole fell on her right hand while she was waiting in line with her grandson for the “Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey” ride at Universal Studios last year.

Elizabeth Moore’s suit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleged negligence. The complaint alleged she was standing in line for the ride on June 6 when a divider pole fell over and struck her right hand.
