Saturday, former President Donald Trump was handed the mic at a wedding reception at Mar-a-Lago, and it seems he couldn’t resist the temptation to wade into political waters.
The happy couple, John and Megan Arrigo weren’t really acknowledged much, before Trump launched into his signature tirade about President Joe Biden and his administration.
Trump berated Biden on China, Iran, migrant children at the border, and of course, his loss in the 2021 election.
“The border is the worse I’ve ever seen it,” Trump said. “What’s happening to the kids, they’re living in squalor.”
Wearing a tuxedo, the president spoke extensively about the border, calling it “a humanitarian disaster" and saying "it's going to destroy the country.” “
He then moved on talking about his unfair loss in the 2021 presidential election.
But, all in all, the former president seemed to miss being in the spotlight, at one point, asking the cheering crowd if they missed him.
