PETROLIA, Calif. (KNX) — "Did you feel it" is likely the biggest question in Northern California Monday, following a 6.2 earthquake off the coast of Petrolia — an unincorporated community in Humboldt County.

The large earthquake's epicenter was about 24 miles from Petrolia and about 45 miles from Eureka, according to the USGS.

There is no threat of a tsunami danger expected following the quake, according to the National Weather Service.
