SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KNX) – Deputies with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office are negotiating with a suspect inside an apartment.
Deputies told CBS Sacramento the suspect was wanted on a domestic violence arrest warrant. He’s not believed to be armed.
Deputies are working towards a peaceful surrender.
