DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Dallas Police have made an arrest in the sexual assault case that occurred in an uptown parking garage last week.
34-year-old Dralon Patterson was originally arrested on a misdemeanor charge of evading arrest.
Further investigation determined that Patterson is responsible for the sexual assault that occurred at the 2700 block of Howell Street last Thursday. Patterson was arrested Friday night after a brief foot chase with police.
He's being held at the Dallas County jail without bond, and is charged with assault in addition to evading arrest
