FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - An argument between neighbors in east Fort Worth has turned deadly.
Police say Kevin Battle, 57, got into an argument with his neighbor in front of their duplex on John T. White Rd.
During which time, police say Battle's neighbor shot him multiple times in his upper body.
Battle was dead by the time officers arrived.
Homicide detectives have interviewed the alleged shooter; but at this time, he has not been arrested.
No charges have been filed.
Detectives are continuing to investigate.
