GRAPEVINE (1080 KRLD) - Grapevine police say they were serving a narcotics warrant around 8:00 a.m. Wednesday at a house in the 4700 block of Brenton Oaks Drive.

Polce say during the investigation, an officer spotted what looked like a grenade inside the house.

One of the suspects told police it wasn’t a live grenade, but bomb experts were called out as a precaution. They did determine that it wasn’t a real grenade, only something that resembled one.

Police say the rest of the neighborhood was never in danger, but there was a heavy police presence in the area and they wanted people to know what was going on.

The three suspects arrested have not been identified.
