DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - A man has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault in connection with an incident last week at Morrell station in Oak Cliff.
DART police arrested Anthony Davis, alleged to have caused a man to fall onto the train tracks after hitting him from behind. The victim, Juan Diaz, got stuck under a train and suffered multiple injuries, including fractures in both legs. He was taken to Methodist Medical Center for treatment. The bond for Davis has been set at $50,000.
