A Las Vegas woman is under arrest after she allegedly shoved an elderly man off a CAT bus back in March.
The man died from his injuries a month after the incident, according to reports.
According to Las Vegas Metro Police, 74-year-old Serge Fournier had told fellow bus passenger Cadesha Bishop to "be nicer" to passengers after she had been heard yelling profanities.
Video of the incident was released Tuesday and shows Bishop shoving Fournier off the bus at a stop in the downtown Freemont Street area.
In the video, Fournier, who has to use a a walker, looses his balance and lands on his head.
At the time, Fournier denied needing any medical attention to emergency responders, but went to University Medical Center later that night, according to 840 KXNT.
The Clark County Coroner's office ruled Fournier's death was caused by complications from blunt-force trauma. His death was then ruled as a homicide.
The suspect, Cadesha Bishop, has been charged with murder and is being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
