Construction crews have started work on a new 365-unit apartment complex called "The Academic" at 3700 Ross Avenue in Dallas. The Dallas ISD had its headquarters on that site until it sold the property and moved into a high-rise office building on Central Expressway in Dallas.
The first units at the complex should be finished in 2021.
