DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - A Dallas City Councilman and two staffers are okay after getting caught in a City Hall elevator after someone discharged pepper spray inside.
Thursday night, around 6:30 p.m., Dallas City Councilman Omar Narvaez and two others were getting on the fifth floor elevator outside the council chambers.
Before they noticed the pepper spray fumes, the elevator door closed and they went down at least two floors before they could get out.
Dallas police cannot yet say if the spray was activated on purpose.
