DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Police in Dallas are looking for a man who was in a south Dallas diner when it was robbed last month.
One person was shot and killed when robbers hit Cafe Delicious on South Lamar on September 25th. Police have classified the case as a capital murder.
One suspect in the robbery and murder was shot and killed in a confrontation with Dallas Police on September 26th. Officers had traced a suspect to an apartment complex on Skillman Street. As they approached a vehicle, one of the suspects attempted to flee while carrying a rifle. He was shot by a SWAT officer. Police arrested the other suspects who attempted to run from the vehicle.
Investigators are now searching for a man who was at the cafe when the original crime occurred on September 25th. Police say he is a person of interest in the case.
