A man's locked up in Carrollton after an hours-long police impasse ended last night.
Police were called out to the Sloane Street Apartments yesterday -- after being told a man had fired a gun from his balcony.
Officers quickly learned the man was not coming out and the stand-off continued for more than four hours.
He finally gave it up last night just before 7 p.m. and was hauled to jail.
