North Texas Police Departments Take Part In Bluebonnet Challenge

NORTH TEXAS (KRLD) - Bluebonnets are in bloom are across North Texas, and several area police departments are getting in on a new challenge.

It's #backtheBLUEbonnets, and it's gained popularity on social media. It shows creative photos of officers from different departments lying in bluebonnet fields. The pictures speak for themselves... (see below) 

Remember, the Texas Department of Public safety says picking Bluebonnets is NOT illegal in Texas.
