Meanwhile, many small businesses in north Texas that sell the products, are worried about their bottom lines.Jessica works with All Vapes in Downtown Dallas and says this would almost certainly hurt their business."All of our customers are adults, 30 and up. All use flavors and have successfully quit smoking cigarettes that way. Without using flavors there would be no point in vaping," she says. She says the products are safe, but have gotten a bad name because of misinformation she blames on tobacco companies. She blames most of the sickness and death on black market products."Vitamin E acetate is what they've linked this too. Any company would never use lipid oils, that something that's common sense in the vaping company," she says. The administration will also take enforcement action if it finds e-cigarette makers are intentionally targeting children, Azar said.
