PLANO (KRLD) - Plano Police say one of their officers, who is under federal indictment, has resigned.
Frank Eric Dockery is among a group indicted for peddling opiod drugs. A federal indictment says Dockery faces four charges that include conspiracy. He could face life in prison.
Plano police issued a news release saying Dockery has been on administrative leave, but has since submitted his resignation.
