SAN ANTONIO (1080 KRLD)- Xenex Disinfection Services uses U-V light technology in it's LightStrike robots to kill the COVID-19 virus on surfaces in a matter of minutes.
Xenex CEO Morris Miller says, "We've seen overwhelming demand from Italy, Spain, Japan, and Singapore. All of the technology is made in Texas. We're exporting it around the United States."
He says hospitals, hotels, airports and more are using them. The robots cost $125,000.
