He says the driver of the other car, Debra Ringo and her granddaughter were injured.

James says, "Ms. Ringo is unfortunately never going to be the same again." He also says, "The cost of taking an Uber or a cab are so much cheaper than the potential of just getting arrested and charged with a misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. Not to mention the fact that you can seriously injure someone else, kill someone else or seriously injure or kill yourself."

He says Nesbitt was already on parole for an aggravated robbery in 2003 in Longview.
