DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Friends are trying to help a teen from Terrell get training for his new companion.Nathan Rogers suffered a stroke following a half-time band performance in the Fall. He made a full recovery and graduated from high school last week, but doctors said his chances of having another stroke are high.Since Nathan will soon be headed off to college at Baylor University in Waco, he decided to spend all of his graduation gift money on a service dog.

However, he still needs about $3,000 to get the dog trained and certified to help him in an emergency.
