DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - At least one person has died in a wrong-way crash in Dallas this morning.
Dallas County Sheriff's deputies got the word just before 2:30 a.m. about the accident on the north-bound side of I-45 at Taylor Street, just north of I-30 as you head into downtown Dallas.
They found the mangled wreckage of two cars that had collided head-on.
Firefighters needed power equipment to pry open the twisted metal to get the drivers out.
At least one person has died.
The condition of the other driver is not yet clear.
