DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Police say they have identified and spoken with the suspect in the viral Blue Bell licking video.
It turns out she is a juvenile from the San Antonio area, according to Lufkin Police.
She has ties to the Lufkin area through her boyfriend's family.
The incident happened at a Walmart in Lufkin. The video shows the girl licking a carton of Blue Bell Tin Roof ice cream, putting the lid back on and returning it to the freezer.
Lufkin Police are not identifying who she is because she is a juvenile.
The Texas Juvenile Justice Department will now handle the case.
