Linda Sue Godejohn now faces a felony charge of driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age.
Mark Herman with the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 tweeted this.
Deputies say last week she had just dropped off the last of several students from a Yes prep school.
They pulled her over and said she flunked a sobriety test.
Originally, she told reporters she was not intoxicated but had become sick from something she ate.
