DALLAS (KRLD) - Two security guards at Dallas's XTC Cabaret are now facing murder charges.
A Facebook Live video captured the incident. It happened just after 3 a.m. on New Year's Day.
The video came from a man who told police he was in his car outside the club, and started broadcasting when he saw what looked like a fight in the parking lot.
One person was on the ground and not moving, and a white pickup appeared to be backing up towards that person. Security officers Daterrious Haggard and Eric Hansen are seen on the video running towards that pickup. When the driver didn't stop, they started shooting.
More than a dozen shots were fired, and the pickup driver was killed.
Police say Haggard and Hansen were arrested based on their own testimony, as well as the Facebook live video and other witness information.
