ATHENS (KRLD) - School officials with Athens ISD say a middle school student has died after a school bus collided with a train.
In a Facebook post, Athens ISD says a male student was killed and a female elementary student was careflighted to Children's Medical Center in Dallas. Her condition is unknown at this time.
The bus driver was transported to a local hospital by ambulance in an unknown condition.
