A Texas sheriff is getting tons of attention on Twitter.

Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody posted a video with another sergeant on how they caught a burglary suspect.

Chody says, "I'm here with Sergeant Gomez of the canine unit. We just posted about a burglary suspect that our patrol last night captured. He was burglarizing nine vehicles. So this guy, who just got out of prison in April, is burglarizing cars. Deputy Ramos is patrolling the neighborhood and he blacked out his lights. The suspect jumps out of the bushes in front of the cop car waving his hands wearing a ski mask because he thinks the cop car is his buddy picking him up. That's how we caught this suspect. "

Chody says the man had a gun from one of the burglaries. They were able to track down the gun owner.

You have to hear this story of how we caught the burglary suspect this morning. You won’t believe it. #GoodJobRamos pic.twitter.com/2AJXxk85xR
