The funeral will be Friday for Hebron High School sophomore Jason "JJ" Hatcher, son of former Cowboys defensive end Jason Hatcher.
The younger Hatcher died Sunday. The cause of death has not been announced.
Wednesday, a vigil in his memory was held at the high school.
Friday, a memorial service for JJ Hatcher will be held at Prestonwood Baptist in Plano beginning at 2 p.m.
JJ is one the five children of Jason and Natasha Hatcher.
Jason Hatcher played ten seasons in the NFL -- eight of them for the Cowboys.
