On the back of their pummeling of Oklahoma at the Cotton Bowl Saturday, the Longhorns have clawed their way back in to the AP Top 25.

Texas shut out the Sooners 49-zip and they are ranked 23rd this week after dropping out of the Top 25 two weeks ago following the loss to Texas Tech.

The only other Texas team in the AP rankings this week is TCU which moved up four spots to #13 after beating Kansas 38-to-31.
