Duggan declares for NFL draft, will play in Fiesta Bowl

Max Duggan, the Horned Frogs quarterback, has announced he will not be back on campus next year because he's declaring for the NFL draft.

Duggan has a  year of eligibility left but on Sunday he announced he would forgo that final year to take his chances as a pro.

Duggan won this year's Davey O'Brien Award winner and he was a finalist for the Heisman Trophy.

Duggan is still playing in the New Year's Eve Fiesta Bowl, where TCU is meeting Michigan in one of the College Football Playoff semi-finals.

The winners of the semi's will meet in the CFP title game on January 9th
