NFL free agent Odell Beckham Junior has been flirting with signing with the Dallas Cowboys, but now his name is in the news for another reason.
In Miami, Beckham was reportedly escorted off an American Airlines flight but there are conflicting explanations. Some accounts suggest he declined requests to leave the plane because he refused to buckle his seat belt. Other stories claim the cabin crew grew concerned because he seemed to be passing into and out of consciousness.
Police and paramedics were called and again, according to some accounts, he refused their requests that he deplane as well.
Finally, the entire plane was emptied with grumbling passengers told to return to the terminal. Only then did Beckham exit, escorted off by several officers. But he was not arrested and he made other arrangements to complete his trip to Los Angeles.
