Animal Cruelty detectives continue the search for the gunman who shot a dog in South Dallas

Two months after a dog was shot in South Dallas, police are still looking for the gunman.

On May 5th on McDermott Avenue, a dog described as a gray-and-white Pitbull-type was found shot.

Police say the dog survived and seems to be doing well. The Dallas Police Department Animal Cruelty unit is leading the investigation.
