Arlington police are working to figure out who shot and killed a 21 year old transgender woman.
Police say someone at an apartment complex on Stonetrail Road found an unidentified victim dead inside a car Thursday night.
Investigators do not believe the victim lived at the apartment complex.
Detectives are canvassing the neighborhood hoping to talk to witnesses and find surveillance video.
